Welcome to the website dedicated to discussion about whether or not there should be an ICE Agreement in place to cover major changes at BU, and a discussion of matters to consider in any proposed ICE Agreement. ICE Agreement Negotiations |

Negotiations are under way to see if it is possible to reach an ICE Agreement. If it is not possible to reach agreement, then default ICE Regulations will apply instead of a negotiated Agreement. It is now arguable that the default Regulations should have been in place with effect from 8th May 2008 as that was 6 months after more than 10% of BU employees requested the negotiation of an ICE Agreement The Negotiating Group should have been up and running by 8th February 2008. |
